Nutrition Services Providers

Kat graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion from Mississippi State University then completed her Dietetic Internship at the Medical University of South Carolina. She has worked in rehabilitation hospitals, as a consulting dietitian, and as a virtual dietitian.  She is currently working on her Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina.

Derek earned his Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa before completing his Dietetic Internship and Master’s in Nutrition coursework through the Phoenix VA Hospital and Arizona State University.  He has experience in both nutrition counseling and school nutrition and is eager to serve the community.
